It seems that all complex plots are woven from simple rules. With this idea in mind, we lay out the rules of a game and try to exist together. Trama presents itself as a concert, with its different voices, tunings and discordant notes.

We are a group. A band. A gang. We weave bodies and relationships together to trace a physical score of interdependence and mutual trust. Of agreements and disagreements, of shared balances, disorder and Gordian knots. Of bodies folding in on themselves and actions unfolding into collective movements. Trama is a score about the group, its edges and its drifts.

Roser López Espinosa

Roser López Espinosa’s choreographic work is grounded in a strong physicality, with a great passion for precision, subtlety, acrobatic elements and detail. Collaboration and teamwork go hand in hand in a vital, playful imaginary, full of refined poetics and a touch of humour. Roser López Espinosa has been present on the international scene since 2006 with pieces such as The Lizard’s Skin (Best Solo Award, 11 Masdanza), Lowland, Noviembre, Hand to Hand, and others, and has created large-scale pieces such as L’estol for the Producció Nacional de Dansa, Trama (Best Choreography Award at the XXII Premios de la Crítica) and Faula (Best Dance Ensemble, 2026 MAX Award). Cometa, co-produced with Vorpommern tanzt an (Germany), has captivated audiences of all ages with more than 200 performances around the world.

She has been guest choreographer for international companies such as Skånes Dansteater (Sweden), Scottish Dance Theatre (United Kingdom), Zagreb Dance Company (Croatia) and MiR (Germany), and has collaborated with circus companies such as Mumusic Circus and Compagnie XY (France), among others. An associate artist at La Caldera, artist in residence at the Mercat de les Flors 2018–2021, and exchange artist in residence in 2022 at the National Theater & Concert Hall (Taiwan), she carries out her work through her company Lowland. Her work has been programmed at international festivals across Europe, North and Latin America, the Middle East and Asia.
