Repertorio Flamenco is a staged journey through the essence and artistic evolution of Jesús Carmona, in which the dancer revisits some of his most iconic pieces. The show traces an intimate and powerful path through different flamenco styles, exploring tradition from a contemporary perspective. Carmona unfolds a living dialogue between music and dance, in which emotion, strength and the purity of flamenco intertwine to offer a vibrant, authentic experience.

Jesús Carmona

Jesús Carmona and Lucía Campillo bring together two careers closely tied to the Ballet Nacional de España and some of the leading flamenco and Spanish dance companies. Carmona, a dancer and choreographer from Barcelona, was principal dancer of the Ballet Nacional before founding his own company and building an international career as a performer, choreographer and director. His productions have earned numerous accolades, including two Max Awards for Baile de bestias, for Best Dance Show and Best Male Dance Performer.

In 2023 he was one of the founders and first artistic director of the Ballet Español de la Comunidad de Madrid. Lucía Campillo, trained at the Real Conservatorio Profesional de Danza Mariemma, has been part of the Ballet Nacional de España and the Compañía Antonio Gades, and has worked with artists and companies such as María Pagés, Rojas y Rodríguez and Jesús Carmona himself. In 2023 she began her career as a creator with Un Lucero, presented at the Festival de Jerez and Suma Flamenca.
