Hidden looks at those things that define us but have, over time, become buried beneath the veil of the unconscious. It reflects on how the present blurs the past —how life, which never stops and pushes us relentlessly forward, leaves behind a trail of memories. These memories pile up in the folds of the brain, like dust beneath furniture, lying in the shadows, hidden under an artificial veil of dreams and illusions. The past is the past —and the present distorts it.

But one day, a man stops to look back. He retraces his steps, following his own trail, groping through the dark. He returns to the house of his childhood, determined to uncover his past —to shed light on it, to evoke it, to blow off the dust or unravel its mystery. A journey through the ghosts and treasures of childhood, between desire and weakness, innocence and fear. He uncovers the past as a child unwraps a piece of candy, or as an adult opens a wound —to find himself, to recognize himself, to rebuild himself.
